Hyperdilute Radiesse

Restore volume to your face, stimulate collagen production, skin tightening, and firming.

How it works

Radiesse consists of CaHA microspheres suspended in a gel carrier. These microspheres serve as a scaffold to trigger the body’s natural wound-healing response.

When diluted, the primary function shifts from volumizing to stimulating the skin’s natural ability to regenerate collagen and elastin.

What to expect

When hyperdiluted, Radiesse is mixed with saline and, optionally, lidocaine for comfort, creating a smoother, more fluid consistency that spreads easily under the skin to provide broad coverage for larger treatment areas. Upon injection, the filler offers immediate structural support, acting as a mild scaffold that subtly plumps and lifts the skin, while the gel carrier adds hydration for an improved overall appearance. Over the following weeks and months, the calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres stimulate fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin, leading to increased skin density, firmness, and elasticity. As the body gradually absorbs the microspheres, the collagen matrix they helped build remains, resulting in firmer, smoother, and more youthful-looking skin, with effects that can last 12-18 months.

What it is

Hyperdilute Radiesse refers to a specific technique of using Radiesse, a calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) -based dermal filler, in a diluted form to achieve skin rejuvenation rather than volume restoration. By mixing Radiesse with saline and lidocaine, the product becomes less concentrated, making it ideal for improving skin texture, elasticity, and firmness.
